3pm, Place Victor Clément: chapter of the Commanderie du Rameau d'Argent.
3pm and 4.30pm, Jean Moulin room: lecture by Dr Martine Cotinat, gastroenterologist, graduated in micro-nutritional nutrition and phytotherapy on the theme "Fruits and vegetables for my health, from science to plate".
Sunday, October 6:
11am, departure in procession from Victor Clément Square, for the planting of an olive tree in the Rich grounds. The plantation will be followed by a wine of honour.
3pm, Place Victor Clément: concert by the Ollioules Harmony Orchestra, conducted by Thomas Righi.
15h30 and 16h30: guided tours of the Ollioules Canton Oil Mill, with Mr. Maurice Ollivier, President of the Ollioules Canton Oil Mill.
16h, Jean Moulin room: conference by Blaise Leclerc, engineer, doctor of agronomy on the theme "Le sol en permaculture. Enriching the soil in your garden"
And all weekend long, more than 100 stands with local products, "Huiles et Olives de France" area with the Friends of the Olive Tree, musical and folklore atmosphere in the streets, aioli competitions, exhibitions, culinary demonstrations, animations for children, horse-drawn carriage rides...
Pedestrian city centre from 6am to 9pm.
Free bus shuttles in partnership with TPM. Stop and departure at the Tourist Office.

From Saturday 5 to Sunday 6 October between 10 am and 6 pm.
