You will reach Château Saint-Roux around 3 PM and will take possession of your room. Then, you will participate to a guided tour of the property followed by a tasting workshop of the estate's wines and cheeses. You will dine at the estate. Breakfast will be offered. In the morning you will participate to a goat cheese workshop and have lunch before heading back to your destination. Punctuated by the seasons, all of Saint-Roux's activities are part of a sustainable approach : its wines, its 40 hectares of vines in biological conversion,his cheese from the milk of his 50 goats, his table open for lunch and dinner by the vegetable garden, or the cottages in the heart of the property.
