The Majastre estate hides its precious treasure in its lands, which cover an area of 5 hectares.
You can taste truffles just picked from early December to late March but also participate in a demonstration of truffle cavage with dog
- white truffles (tuber aestivum) from May to August
- black truffles ( tuber melanosporum) from December to March

A few months ago, the young chef Morgan Barra took over the kitchens of the Domaine de Majastre, his father Philippe De Santis' farmhouse inn. He passionately prepares some good dishes from the terroirs around the black diamond.
Formula "Discovering truffles". From the beginning of December to the end of March (truffle season).
Fixed price 110 euros per person. Includes:
- accommodation in double rooms
- gourmet truffle meals
- demonstration of truffle research (cavage) with dog
From 01/01 to 31/12, daily.
