Gym-aerobics 3 classes/week, Maintenance gym 2 classes/week and soft gym 1 class/week. Gym-pilates 2 classes/week. Strength training 4 classes/week, yoga 2 classes/week, running 1 class/week, hiking 1 class/week, walking 1 class/week and child tennis 1 class/week
Membership of the A.S.R. association Membership of the A.S.R. association and A.S.R. association and contributions to the various activities.
From 05/09/2019 to 30/06/2020, every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
