Serves 6

Ingredients :

  • 200g pitted black olives
  • 5 anchovy fillets (tinned)
  • 8 small capers
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 soup spoons of olive oil

Crush the garlic glove.

Put the anchovy fillets, capers, crushed garlic, black olives and olive oil in a food processor and blend until reasonably fine.

To finish… you could add some basil, or make the tapenade with green olives.
