Maison Jonquier

From generation to generation, there is a recipe that you will be able to observe live. If you are attentive, you may obtain the key to this secret jealously guarded since 1885 at the time of manufacture, which will take place before your eyes.
A culinary adventure to be enjoyed with family or friends.

VISIT OF THE FACTORY

Provence is a land cradled by the Wind, the Sun, the Hills and a passion for cooking. Provence is also a land of tradition that is sung in the Pastorale, practiced at the Joute Nautique and to the sound of drums and galoubets.

When you want to unite Tradition and Cuisine, you quickly find yourself around a cauldron to discover with the greatest interest the making of Nougat de Provence. Honey, sugar and almonds and you will obtain Black Nougat. Add egg white and it will be a White Nougat.

In addition to these few ingredients, it will be necessary to add elbow oil, know-how, passion and a little history. It is precisely this mixture that the Jonquier family proposes to introduce you to during a visit to their factory.

From the birth of the nougat to its manufacture before your eyes, even going, for the wisest, until the tasting you will leave with a full mind and stomach.

Bruno, Benoît, Vincent, Thibault and Anne will be delighted to share with you their history of today and their six generations of expertise.
