La Table de Mentone offers a "viticultural" catering option in the estate's former farmhouse, specializing in Mediterranean cuisine made from produce grown on the estate and by local producers, in harmony with Mentone's organic wines. The menu is concocted by chef Sébastien Sanjou, starred chef at the Relais de Moines.
La Table de Mentone welcomes you to the heart of Provence Verte for deliciously local lunches and dinners. The chef and her team offer a seasonal Mediterranean-style menu based on products grown on the estate (wine, vegetables, fruit, olive oil, eggs) and carefully selected local produce, accompanied by organic wines from
Mentone organic wines. The kitchen is run by Sébastien Sanjou, starred chef at Relais des moines in Les Arcs and Trente-trois in Paris.
Sustainable tourism
Housed in the former farmhouse, the Table de Mentone reflects the ambitions of this fine wine estate. Anchored in the terroir for over 180 years, with 32 hectares of certified organic vines, Château Mentone cultivates a true art of living in harmony with nature.
Behind its old walls, the Ferme-Auberge offers "wine" catering in a sober, modern setting. The chef prepares his menu using vegetables, fruit, olive oil and eggs from the estate, as well as carefully selected local produce. And, of course, all accompanied by organic Côtes de Provence from the Château.
