La Plancha specializes in top-quality local products such as organic pork, Bounas lamb and fresh fish from Saint-Mandrier and its vicinity. All ingredients are fresh and seasonal.
The meats are grilled over a wood fire and served with home-made gratin dauphinois or fries. Don't miss the "caillette" terrine and Provencal "andouillette" (tripe sausage) from Moustiers.
Plusses: organic "Iberico" pork, pata negra ham and slow-cooked egg with foie gras and Provencal truffles.
Most of our dishes are cooked over a wood fire.
