Facing the sea, CHATEAU DEFFENDS has a gentle slope to the generous sun of the Moors. Regular ventilation conditions of the soil, also promote optimal maturation of all varieties. Combining soil and climate, DEFFENDS Castle has always been coveted by connoisseurs who put this area in the heart of the Côtes de Provence. On the land are developed our traditional wines, classic Côtes de Provence with the Holy Lucienne wine and wines with exceptional Cuvée Première. If you enjoy a Deffends Castle on a warm salad of red mullet, or on the back of a grilled salmon, you will understand the saying of experts in the field: "Never let your cellar without DEFFENDS".

At the heart of the vines on a vineyard of 30 hectares in an area of greenery and calm, 2 housings for 5 and 6 personns.
