This date officially marks the return of Formula 1 to France.
After 10 years of absence, the French Grand Prix 2018 will be taking place in Castellet, on the Paul Ricard race course on the 24th June. As revealed by the pre-calendar of the 2018 season, the 59th French Grand Prix will be the first of 7 stages of the European F1 summer tour.

The legendary Paul Ricard race track in Castellet
This event marks a return to international motor sport racing at the highest level for this track, created by Paul Ricard himself (the guy who invented Pastis!) 46 years ago.
